How To Eliminate Bloated Belly Naturally And Fast

Bloating is a combination of platter of gas and water retention which is not just a lady thing or seasonal. It was showed that 70% of men suffer from some belly issue with excessive flatulence, irritable bowel syndrome and constipation which extend the stomach to a very uncomfortable and un-slightly proportions. Eliminating the belly bloating is not an easy as the farting or sweating it out.

The permanent de-bloating includes life-changes especially with the regular eating habits. It is not a thing of the DNA, but it’s about the things that we put in our stomach.

Most people have a couple of pounds of water weight. The gaseous bloating results from consuming too much carbonated drinks, fast food, eating foods such as Brussels sprouts, cabbage or cauliflower, as they contain raffinose, which is a complex sugar. The small intestines don’t have the enzyme which helps break down this complex sugar.

The bacteria that is in the large intestine might break down the raffinose, creating a lot of gas resulting in farts and bloating.
Sodium is the biggest contributor to bloating because it has to bind with the water and consuming it triggers water retention. The sodium is lurking all over and you don’t even know.

The restaurants are using more salt than it’s recommended and the served meals might have even 5,000mg of sodium while the recommended amounts are around 2000- 2500mg per day.
The gut bacteria miight have something to do with the gas, too. You need to drink more water even it sounds counterintuitive as lots of people are dehydrated.  When the body does not get enough water, there are several hormonal changes that there is a need of water. Consuming plenty of water (2-3 liters a day) tells the body that it does not need to store that much water.

You could speed up the process by doing yoga or taking shvitz due to the fact that they sweat out the pounds of water.
As long as you consume sodium, water, and carbohydrates, the water is stored in your body.  Hot yoga or sauna weight loss is just temporary because it is not fat weight but water weight. There isn’t a shortcut which tastes as good as the sodium pizza, cheese and sausage. It’s recommended to limit the exposure to the processed foods and the intake of sodium by simply cooking your meals at your home.  Consume fiber-rich foods in order to keep the stomach strong that could face digestion challenges. Consume 2 -3 liters of water every day and do some regular physical activity.
